I offer free shipping, including tracking, on all orders. Unless otherwise noted, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. I'm proud to use the USPS to deliver orders, and they typically deliver within the US in 2–5 business days. You’ll receive an email from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you believe your package was lost please send an email to support@outlinx.app including your order number.
If you're outside of the US and would like to order some Outlinx stickers please send an email to support@outlinx.app and I'll be happy to take care of you.
I truly hope you're happy with your purchase. However, I do understand that maybe Outlinx isn't what you thought it would be. To initiate a return please email support@outlinx.app within 30 days of purchase and I'll take care of you. No refunds will be accepted after this time period. I'll ask you to return your sticker pack, including all stickers, and will provide instructions via email.
